  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized items, unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Package the item securely, including all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
